ADAM AI, LLC ("ADAM") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its customers and end-users. This Data Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, store, and protect data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and industry best practices.
ADAM primarily processes marketing and engagement data retrieved from third-party platforms such as Marketo, on behalf of our clients. ADAM does not collect personal data directly from individuals.
Types of data processed may include:
Lead and campaign data from client-connected systems (e.g., Marketo)
Engagement activity metadata (e.g., email opens, form fills)
Customer-provided configuration or segmentation data
Data is processed solely to deliver insights and automation capabilities within the ADAM platform. We do not
use customer data for any purpose outside the scope of the client agreement.
Customers retain full ownership and control over their data.
ADAM does not share, sell, or disclose customer data to any third parties.
Customers may request export or deletion of their data at any time.
Data is stored in dedicated schemas within Snowflake, with strict access controls.
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Access is restricted to service accounts using key-pair authentication; no interactive users have access to customer data.
Customer data is retained only as long as required for the services provided. Upon contract termination or by request, all customer data can be securely deleted from ADAM systems.
ADAM uses infrastructure providers that may act as subprocessors, including:
Amazon Web Services (AWS) – Hosting of application infrastructure
Snowflake – Data storage and processing
All subprocessors are bound by data protection obligations equivalent to this policy.
ADAM operates in the United States. All data is stored and processed in the U.S. We do not transfer customer data internationally unless explicitly authorized by the customer.
If personal data is processed on behalf of a customer, ADAM will assist the customer in fulfilling data subject requests, including access, correction, and deletion requests, to the extent required by applicable data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
We may update this policy as needed to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. Customers will be notified of material updates.
